  Angela did an amazing job helping me with not only getting a new phone set up but porting my number over as well. She was helpful with every bit of it and very knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the service she provided and all the assistance. Also I got unlimited data plan with only $40 a month. It's awesome! Helping me a lot.

  She was friendly and knowledgeable. She gently walked me through getting a new phone and spent a lot of time with me transferring my info from my old phone to a new one. I'm very grateful to her for making this process.

  I have never had any issues with cricket or their stores, however, when I went into this cricket store I was told they couldn’t help me. I was sent back and fourth between apple and cricket without a resolution. The issue was with my SIM card, despite telling the worker what the problem was I was practically denied service. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful. 0/10 don’t recommend going here.
