I had a bad experience today on April 23, 2025 with The Cricket Store on Friendly Drive in Belleville,IL.I had trouble trying to put my password into my Cricket Phone.I couldn't answer calls nor make any calls and my phone stayed on a white screen.I came into the store and I wasn't like a valued customers at all.I been doing business with Cricket for over 20 years. The lady and her husband checked out my phone and said that there's nothing she could do .I asked her if she could could call The Cricket Customer Care and she and along with her husband.I left politely with no fuss to the other Cricket Store on Wade Square.I came in the store abd was greeted nicely.I gave the lady my phone and it only needed a hard start. It took the young lady at the store at Wade square not even 2 minutes to completely reset my phone do a test call and make sure that my phone was working to full functionality. The lady at the friendly drive location told me I had to contact cricket insurance company as she refused to assist me. This ruined my whole day I had to drive all the way away from my home to get something simple done. In the future other customers please go to the store at 1 Wade Square Belleville IL 62221 with Nikki Elijah and Shania
