  I have to give a shout out to Joe who works here. First I’ll say I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But, Joe stands out to me as of late. I’ve been mailing a few things over the last couple weeks and he has been in there each time. Sometimes I come in, there is a line to the door, people at every station and Joe is there alone handling it all. Other times I come in and no one is there but me. Regardless of what is going on in the store, or how busy it is, Joe always reminds calm, has a great demeanor, is helpful, always friendly and in control. Nothing seems to bother him, especially when it’s so busy! To me, it is impressive how well he handles his job! Often customer service these days can be less than even acceptable. That is never the case here; with Joe especially.

  I don’t come this way but this place sucks The customer service is horrible, you say hi and nobody answers and just say what do you need. I am paying for a service at least say hi back I also pay a lot more money than what I had to paid bc the store manager fail to tell me how the photos print Honestly do not recommend coming here at all, I could of just gone to the office max across the street

  Rude staff and poor customer service. This is the second time I have experienced this by 2 different employees at this location. First time, the employee was just plain rude and acted as if she was annoyed I was there bothering her! It was a simple return. Second time, the employee demanded to see what was being shipped and ripped the package apart, approved, then repackaged without care. I take pride in how my product is shipped to customers. I felt embarrassed and upset leaving FedEx knowing what the package looked like after she finished packing it up again.

  Kristin you are a ray of sunshine.I have never visited this location but it was very convenient today and was closer.I had a question about shoes I needed to return but was wondering if I have to go the the exact location that I had already chosen on the return website. I was greeted in less than a second of walking in I was very impressed and she smiled at me right away you can just tell she loves helping people and is a happy person. This was the most quickest stress free interaction I’ve ever had at a fed ex ever. Thank you so much for making my day and being an absolute pleasure to come into contact with:)

  Ari went above and beyond to help with a bridal shower decoration. He fired up the lamination machine and affixed a poster to foam board for an easel. He saved the day. Excellent customer service.
