  Kristin you are a ray of sunshine.I have never visited this location but it was very convenient today and was closer.I had a question about shoes I needed to return but was wondering if I have to go the the exact location that I had already chosen on the return website. I was greeted in less than a second of walking in I was very impressed and she smiled at me right away you can just tell she loves helping people and is a happy person. This was the most quickest stress free interaction I’ve ever had at a fed ex ever. Thank you so much for making my day and being an absolute pleasure to come into contact with:)

  Ari went above and beyond to help with a bridal shower decoration. He fired up the lamination machine and affixed a poster to foam board for an easel. He saved the day. Excellent customer service.

  The cashier charged me an additional surcharge of $2.50 for helping me with the laminator. She was very passive aggressive.
