  Been going here for years never pushy always helpful and provide good customer service. Needed to change a spark plug in my gas line trimmer. I didn’t have the correct sized socket they were able to provide me one to use. Then I was able to easily swap my spark plug, super simple. I was in a hurry today so they kept me moving without missing a beat. Thank you!

  Have to be honest not good service... My suggestion is if you are paying with CASH do NOT try to return it because they will say they can't. You will have to call the 800 number to file a complaint before they do anything for you. Rude rude employees and misinformation. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT!!!

  Store Mgr Matt Moreno and his team have always been there for me and my family’s vehicles whether it be wiper blades, batteries, bulbs, etc. This store defines what customer service is. They go above and beyond each and every time we set foot in the store. I’m grateful for their dedication and would not consider any other store to get my parts. Thank you Matt & team! I appreciate you!

  Just lost business in a major way. Called to check if they had my battery in stock and if they would install it, which is what is advertised all over their website, on the radio, and on TV. But the man on the phone said they do, but it's cold. So no. Here's my question.... When do most batteries fail? That is a bad bait-and-switch when service matters most. Poor move, Advanced... You were my go-to. Not anymore.
