  I only needed a couple small items. Unfortunately the one person working on the register was helping someone re outfit their car with brakes. Never looked up and said I'll be with you in a minute or ask someone else working at the store to help us. I may be impatient but standing there for 15 minutes with no communication was horrible customer service.

  If you’re looking to be profiled and refused service and talked down to, go here! Lazy employee didn’t greet me, acknowledge me, answer my questions, refused me service which I understood but then wouldn’t even tell me what tools I needed to PURCHASE to work on my car myself. Lazy and rude. Probably the same man in most of these bad reviews. He should not be working in any customer service job, a BAD man and a BAD employee. Laughed right in my face when I asked for advice on something absent from my cars manual.

  Great store at this location. I walked in, was immediately greeted and asked what I could be helped with. Matt was extremely helpful in my situation and immediately took care of it! I was in and out in 5 minutes or less! Store is clean. Very helpful staff. Matt was the best!

  Been going here for years never pushy always helpful and provide good customer service. Needed to change a spark plug in my gas line trimmer. I didn’t have the correct sized socket they were able to provide me one to use. Then I was able to easily swap my spark plug, super simple. I was in a hurry today so they kept me moving without missing a beat. Thank you!
