This small UPS store is busy most of the time. However, the owners (a lady in the morning and a gentleman in the afternoon) are very efficient attending the customers. So, I never have to wait for a long time. She assisted me one time to send a parcel to my parents in another country. She tracked my package to make sure that it got to the destination in less than 2 weeks, whereas it took 3 months for the US Postal to get to my parents' house. In addition, this location is very convenient for me - close to my house and very easy to park. Thank you.

Every time I come here, I am helped immediately and they are consistently professional. I ship out a lot of framed items and Siddhi has always helped me box up my items carefully and perfectly. This UPS Store does their job fast and efficiently and I will keep going back. Great place to grab spare boxes in any size you need as well!
