  Staff is rude and always on the phone. Place is a mess with boxes all over. They will eventually get to you, but poor service and poorer language skills makes it a less than desirable location.

  I come to this location a lot to return packages the lady that claims is the ”owner” is extremely rude, wouldn’t accept the package claimed we were missing something but we didn’t, and before i was even done she called up the next customer. She’s always giving attitude, always raising her voice, and just rude.

  I cannot say enough good things about the UPS Store in Bartlett. The husband and wife team who own and operate the store are always very helpful. I utilize at store for shipments to friends and family all over the world. I also bring Amazon return items on a regular basis. The shipping and packing services are very thorough. They somehow manage to take care of multiple customers quickly; people are coming and going all day but I have never experienced a long wait. The UPS Store provides so many services to this area I am very grateful to have this facility here in Bartlett.

  The owners of this UPS Store are always so friendly and helpful. Every time I stop in, they make the process quick and easy, and they're always willing to answer any questions. It's nice to see people who genuinely care about their customers. I definitely recommend this location!
