Excellent customer service! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Shipping, printing, and returns are quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend this UPS Store location in Bartlett.

Siddhi and Arpan are always so kind, friendly, and helpful.
I usually bring several Amazon returns at once because it can be difficult to make frequent trips with little kids, so I tend to save them up until I have enough to return. Even when I arrive with a large stack of packages, they are always patient, welcoming, and efficient.
Thank you both for your excellent customer service and for all the help you provide. It is truly appreciated!

If I could give a zero star, I would. The owner discriminates against blacks and hispanic people and will not notorize legal documents because of our appearance. I asked her why and she went crazy on us. I believe she is from India. She went as far as to call the police because I demanded her name to report her misconduct. She put an no trespass against me while I was with my Hispanic wife and child, threatening us. Police came and it was later revealed she was the store owner. She told us to get out and go to a bank which wasted our time, but the bank guided us to an Hanover Park township and it was no problem. UPS did nothing to resolve this lady (Siddhi Raval) adverse behavior and seems to be aware of her regardless. Her license should be canceled forever and UPS should be brought on charges for allowing her behave like this using their brand.

I love coming to this UPS location. I’m always greeted and everyone that works there is so nice. It’s close to home and so fast and convenient. Been coming here for years and it’s consistent every time.
Lady that works there was very unfriendly and rude.
I brought in a package for a return for the second time because I was told the first time at the store that it had to be in a box or a bag (even though nothing indicated that on my QR code or instructions) .However, when I brought it in the second time, the lady at the UPS store said it had to be sealed too in order for the return ( even tho I wasn’t told that the first time). I asked her if I could use a piece of tape that was next to her on the counter to seal it . She said no. I offered to pay for an 8 inch piece of tape. She again said no. It’s against their store policy.
So now I had to take the package back home and go back a third time.
