I believe in redemption, so this is a new review and I have removed my old one, which was very critical to say the least.š
This store seems to have finally made improvements and the ownership has decided to finally fix up the store to add a new fountain drink machine and finally finish the half-wall next to the seating. It all looks great and the new machine has working ice and a well tuned fountain mixture of your favorite Pepsi products. š
The gentleman who is there quite often has a great customer service attitude and works dilligently to make quality sandwiches following the Subway Procedures. The ingredients and bread are always fresh and maintain the proper standards that you would expect from a well run Subway franchise. They focus on quality and service first, and speed second, which is how it should be.
The restaurant section is clean and well kept now. I have noticed and appreciate all the improvements. But most of all I have seen the fine way in which they treat the customers. Good job! If things maintain this way for a consistent period, I will up their ratings. I hope it does.
Iāve had a frustrating experience at this Subway location multiple times. The posted closing time says 10:00 PM, but on at least three different occasions, Iāve walked in between 9:30ā9:40 PM and been told they were already closed.
Each time, the employee immediately said they were closed, even though it was still before the posted closing time. When I asked about the timing, I was told they actually close at 9:30 PM and that theyāve already requested the main office to update the hoursābut it still hasnāt been changed.
This creates confusion for customers who rely on the listed hours. If the store consistently closes at 9:30 PM, the hours should be updated to reflect that. Itās frustrating to make the trip expecting service until 10:00 PM and be turned away repeatedly. I hope management fixes this soon

No matter how much you give them 2nd or 3rd try their customer service is so bad unbelievable. They are extremely rude and has no decency to talk to customers.

Very bad service, when we go for pickup, even if show them the order, the employee wants to see unnecessary information and delay the whole pick up process and the attitude is not welcoming or respectful and customer service is zero

The order was ready to pickup and i tried saying hello and knocking on the table but he didnāt even bother to reply to me and he was on the phone talkingā¦i had to stand there for few minutes even though my order was ready⦠The guy had so much attitude and even after he was on the phone in front of customers.. no greeting or nothing
