I dropped off my package, and now it’s nowhere to be found. Aside from my own issue, I witnessed an elderly customer being treated poorly by the UPS worker—an Indian man who wears glasses; he was incredibly rude. They ought to fire that insolent guy.

Stopped in on my lunch. There was nobody in there that they were helping. The guy just finished helping one guy and then asked if he could help me and I said yes and then I looked at my phone to pull up the QR code instead of him helping me. Like he said after me saying yes he went to assist an associate for over a minute without even acknowledging me after he said. Can I help you and I said yes he said and then I go. Thought you were helping me sir cuz you were looking at your phone. Yeah I got to use my phone to pull up the QR code. On med supposedly is his name. He acted like he didn't want to give it after he knew he gave lackluster customer service. But I guess in 2026 that's what I'm used to at every place I go.
This location just decides randomly what their hours are. Good luck finding it open when it should be
As the Owner and CEO of Roland Technical Solutions, I expect a baseline of professional service that was severely lacking during my visit on Feb 26. While the female associate was helpful with my Amazon returns, the male clerk was incredibly hostile.
When I presented my labels via tablet, he was dismissive and snarky. When I calmly addressed his attitude, his response was, "Do you know who I am?"—an unprofessional attempt to intimidate a customer. He later tried to excuse his behavior by citing a personal loss, yet I watched him be perfectly pleasant to every other customer in the store, directing his "bad day" solely at me.
Selective professionalism is not professionalism at all. I was charged $13 for packing services that I feel should be refunded given the abhorrent treatment I received. I hope management addresses this clerk's conduct immediatel

Not happy with the man who helped me today. I was trying to do multiple Amazon returns and one came up as already scanned (which it was not), instead of trying to find a solution he said, not sure what to tell you, I just scan the bar codes.
