  I was charged $2 just to print a label, even though Amazon clearly states it should be $1. On top of that, they tried to charge me another $2 for just4 inches of tape. I have never in my life had any other UPS Store try to pull something like this. Other locations stick to the $1 policy without any problem and don’t add absurd charges for tape. I do not recommend this location at all.

  .Best UPS Store customer service I've ever experienced! Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Finley, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Finley is always helpful, patient, and makes every visit quick and pleasant. It's clear the team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend this UPS Store!
