  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this UPS Store while trying to get assistance with a service. The Manager Linda, was rude and dismissive toward me. I felt that she treated me differently and made me feel as though I did not understand or speak English, which was very disrespectful and embarrassing. I believe customers should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect regardless of their background or the way they communicate. I hope management addresses this situation and makes sure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

  Terrible experience at this UPS Store. The white lady had an unbelievably rude attitude and spoke to me like i was bothering her and didn’t even treat me as a customer. I only needed one small strip of tape on an already packed box, and she said it would cost $2 in an arrogant tone. Then I somehow ended up being charged $4 for “envelopes” that I didn’t even understand. The ridiculous charges were annoying, but her nasty attitude and the way she spoke to me were even worse. Definitely not coming back to this location. And I would not recommend anyone going there. I can guarantee you that you will regret and would face the same situation.

  Bruce is extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable during my very short visit. He made inappropriate comments about items which were part of the package I was returning, but were not the ones with me. When I asked if my transaction was complete he told me I could “stay and flirt with him some more”

  I was charged $2 just to print a label, even though Amazon clearly states it should be $1. On top of that, they tried to charge me another $2 for just4 inches of tape. I have never in my life had any other UPS Store try to pull something like this. Other locations stick to the $1 policy without any problem and don’t add absurd charges for tape. I do not recommend this location at all.

  .Best UPS Store customer service I've ever experienced! Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Finley, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Finley is always helpful, patient, and makes every visit quick and pleasant. It's clear the team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend this UPS Store!
