  Placed an order through the app 15 mins in advance with selecting the time for pickup. Still order wasn’t ready even after 10 mins extra. They said they’ll make it once I reached there i.e 25 mins later 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Was met with a very rude woman at the counter. She did not understand the order correctly in first place and then we shared it as a concern, she threw racial remarks at us like “maybe that’s how things work in your country but not here”.
