  Really poor service. Called several times about my order and was always told I’d get a payment link within a few hours, or that someone would call me back. However, I never received the payment link and never received a call back.

  The store is bright and laid out nicely. Customer service is good. This store has a pretty large and diverse selection of products. The quility of Michael Kors is ok, I just don't think it has the same quility it used to. In my opinion price point is a bit high in relation to quility of their products. But the store experience is great. If you like Michael Kors, that is all that matters, enjoy.

  Not a good selection of bags in store. Go online and there's a bunch.

  This is playing cheap gimmick by putting people in line outside of the store pretending to show is busy even though the store is empty. When we went in Victoria and V was very pleasant.
