  The employee was so courteous and came out to my truck and helped me put my package onto a dolly, and brought out the receipt so that I didn't have to go back inside because I'm handicapped. Very quick and easy wonderful experience!

  I’m convinced that they steal packages. I had a package with expedited shipping that they apparently lost and after a week they told me that I have to report it lost to the company that sold the products. After I started the refund process, they suddenly found my package, told me that it had something on it as if something burst inside, asked if I wanted them to open it to check the contents (weird as heck), I said no. They said, you can come up and get it even if you get a refund (weird again), and then they told me, “the company said to destroy it”. They’re shady and I hate that for myself and other people in the Aurora area just trying to get the products they paid for in a timely fashion.

  Whoever Robert is delivering sucks at his job! He failed to ring my doorbell 3x while attempting to deliver my package in Shorewood. Like put some effort into your job
