Very poor experience at this FedEx Office. The customer service was unpleasant and unprofessional, especially from the person who, according to her name tag, is Eboni and is the manager. It is very disappointing to receive this kind of treatment from someone in a management position who should be setting the example for customer service and professionalism.

Staff clearly dont care, with everything being automated. Lady and the counter with the red glasses had the worst additude. She clearly did not want to be there. They dont have fedex cards to load money unless paying in cash. Only have credit card?, use the printers kiosk screen only.
