  I went into this location very upset, I came in from the Corp store on Lake Street where they told me they could not help me with my Iphone in transfer my contacts,pitcures ect...i walked into the store being greeted by a nice lady named Carla as she opened the door for me because i am disabled, i told her the problem and she saw that i was upset clearly and she attentively listened to me after i was done speaking she smiled and told me not to worry that she would help me as much as she could, not even 10 mins later my phone was up and running and she was able to transfer all my things that this Corp store could not do!!! Afterwards i must say i had to stay there and have a conversation with her because she made it feel as if i were talking to a family member not just a sales associate she is very well educated and very informative, she told me about the new plans and convinced me by explaining to me how if i put my credit card for my monthly bill to come out i save money on my bill, I must say this employee has got to be THE BEST encounter i have ever received! Please let her know again on my behalf how much her help from opening a door, to listening to me, to saving me money, I APPRECIATE her! Story short I WILL MOST DEFINITLY will come back to this location! thank you again! Lunch was on me and my pleasure! Thank-You! Have a Great day!
