  The older employee with glasses was rude, dismissive, and acted like he owned the store. He wouldn’t even take the time to look up the parts I needed and seemed completely unwilling to help. Instead of providing customer service, he acted like helping customers was a burden. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an auto parts store. Management should seriously address this employee’s behavior because it reflects poorly on the entire store.

  I walked in recently for a left turn signal bulb. Was greeted and offered help immediately by both Joshua and Jose. Joshua found me the bulb I needed and from there I asked for help with my headlights as well. Both went out of their ways to help me on my car and fix the issue with my headlights. Got my headlights fixed by José and he also helped me with the bulbs I bought. Super awesome job from both. Very happy with my purchase and the help. Especially José with the bulb replacements. Will definitely come here again.

  I have a BMW and I needed a new battery. The dealership quoted me almost $500. I asked them why so expensive and they informed me that my battery needed to be programmed after it was installed. I went to Advance Auto Parts and I purchased a new battery. Advance Auto Parts programs your car for free and installs the battery for free. I've walked out of Advanced Auto Parts spending only $268 instead of $500. The employees are very nice and the manager was excellent. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts.
