Always an excuse with this subway. Today, 20 min after order is confirmed and paid for on app, show up to have them say 1/4 of my order is unavailable and offered a substation. Then they tell me it will be 5 more min because they havn’t made the rest of the order yet. My order was 2 normal foot longs and 2 foot long cookies. I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund and asked for a receipt. The receipt and app both show this order as “picked up”
They are attempting to rip me off for almost $40 worth of food and I’m not happy about it.
You come in and order food and they make you wait because they are behind on mobile orders, then you order by mobile and come into an almost empty store to be given the reverse excuse. I will never give this location another dollar of my money and will suggest to anyone I know to do the same. Absolutely unacceptable for years now!
