  Employee was extremely rude and racist. All I did was ask for some extra sauce, and he literally canceled my order over such a small request. What kind of behavior is that? He was supposed to provide good customer service, but instead we were treated like trash even after paying for our order. The guy did not even regret the way he treated us. He kept pointing at the door and saying “get out.” What a terrible experience.In end he cancel our order. Management seriously needs to speak to this employee about his nasty attitude and the way he treats customers. He even made racist comments.No wonder the place was empty when we visited. If this employee continues working there and treating customers this way, I would not be surprised if the business shuts down in the near future. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be working in customer service. He needs to retire before he drives even more customers away with his terrible behavior.

  We made an online order at 8:20pm and was scolded for placing an order of five 6" subs so close to close ...... they close at 9pm. Last order I'll make there.

  Sign says they open at 7:30am. It’s 8:15am and they are closed.

  Asked for spinach on my footlong and the lady places literally only 5 leaves of spinach on the sandwich. When I asked for more she added two more leaves. I had to ask for more again and she gave me a dirty look. Same with all the other veggies I asked for. Are they hurting for money so bad that they can’t give a regular amount of toppings?
