    This Subway location is very clean and well organized. The staff, especially the girl working there, are very kind and friendly. I really liked the service. I also noticed that they clean regularly — wiping and keeping everything neat. Great job, I will definitely come back!

    I hate this subway and have had negative experiences each time I’ve gone. For example, they will combat you if you bring up a deal that was nationally advertised (most recent example is the national meatball day deal). They finally honored it when they saw it was in their system, but then, made a big show about being confused when we said we wanted meatball subs after we just had the whole conversation about meatball subs. Today, I went to pick up an order set for pickup at 12pm. My husband placed the order at 10:09am. I went in at 11:57am and a few people were ordering. They asked after a few minutes if I’m there for pickup, and I said yes. They said someone was making my order in the back, which was a lie because I saw them speaking to each other reciting our order and then start making the subs (so clearly nobody in the back was working on this). But during this, several people came in and ordered after they started my order and those others still got their subs before I got mine. This was 13 minutes of me standing there when I could’ve probably just walked up and gotten my orders fulfilled 2-3 times in this timeframe. I could’ve been fine with this if it weren’t for the fact that when my husband complained, they lied saying that all those people came in before I walked in and that he placed the order at 11:44am which is not true at all per our email confirmation. Also, our order was wrong after all this. If you’re behind, that’s fine, but don’t lie and then claim that we are lying when we have the time stamps to prove it.

    Do not order on the app from this location unless you want to wait longer. Placed an order at 10:10 AM for pickup at noon. Not only was the order not ready at noon when we arrived, the people working here continuously kept delaying working on it. Several people came in after us and left with their food before they even started on our order. What's the point of ordering food in the app if we have to wait longer than people who do so in store? And of course, they got the order wrong as well. Horrible service. Edit since Subway doubled down on horrible service. Attaching a photo of the confirmation email with timestamp 10:09. So no, the order wasn't placed at 11:44. Second, both sandwiches were missing the giardenara I requested. So no, they were not completed properly. And third, I don't care that you serviced customers that were at the location before we arrived. However, after we showed up and were told you were making the sandwiches "in the back," a lie, you proceeded to take orders and complete them for customers who arrived after we did in store and were waiting for our order. You serviced several customers who arrived in store after us. After completing several of these orders my wife went up to ask you about the status of our order before you actually began making our order at around 12:10. We would literally have had our order faster if we never used the app and just gotten in line when we arrived in store. Again, horrible service and apparently owners too.
