  Machines did their job as anticipated, service was slow to acknowledge me as the only customer at the counter for 15-20 seconds🤦‍♂️. Very robotic walking through the steps how to use the machines. Not even a thank you on the way out, but oh well, an opportunity for better service to someone else!

  Employer was refusing to give me my package because I recently moved and had my old adress on my ID.. he was not any help! I came up with the idea to use my comed bill. It should his Responsibility to help costumers out and find solutions 👎 I guess my tracking number on the FedEx app wasn't enough or my ID.
