Sri is amazing ! I was initially nervous being a small business , and utilizing a new shipping carrier, however, my experience here has been nothing short of incredible. I’m always greeted with a smile and feel cared for. Not to mention I know Sri, takes EXTRA careful of everything shipped at this location. Highly recommend! A+, no issues :)

I recently had a misunderstanding regarding my shipment and had to submit feedback to DHL. I was truly amazed by how quickly they responded, within just a few business hours, Ivan Madorin personally contacted me. He went above and beyond by taking the time to meet me at the DHL location that was most convenient for me to resolve the issue in person. This level of customer service is something I have rarely experienced. Ivan was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was resolved. Thank you Ivan, and thank you DHL, for such outstanding customer care!

I’m so happy that this place was available when I needed to ship an international package. The gentlemen who work there are incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process. I feel confident that my package is in good hands and will arrive at its destination on time. Thank you for the excellent service.
