  We dined in and waited over 30 minutes for our food. It came cold. When we told them they gave us more fries and those fries were cold.

  Didn’t receive my corn order. Had a scheduled order and the wings tasted like they’ve been sitting in the containers for an hour. Probably saw 5-10 flies flying around inside when I was waiting to pick the food up. Have currently been on hold on the phone for 6 minutes waiting on a manager so I can get a refund. Terrible experience.

  Today I ordered barbecue boneless wings combo and normally my food is hot. Today they delivered my food ice cold. That's unacceptable with this parasite issue going around.

  Twice in a row an employee has told me that my DoorDash order was already picked up. (You have to know the name on the order to receive it.) Obviously the employees had decided that my customer's order would be their dinner. They offered no explanation or apology. Missing orders like this affect my score and therefore my livelihood. And I'm sure I'm not the first or only dasher that they've pulled this stunt with. This store should be removed from the doordash app.
