  First three different times that I ordered the Louisiana rub I got a damn sauce instead of a rub. Soda machine is always out. Tonight the soda machine is half-ass while there are no straws. Sticky soda everywhere. Waiting on the sidewalk for my food and everybody that comes out of there is shaking their head. Employees look lazy and miserable. The guy on the register can't talk loud enough 9/26/26. He doesn't seem to like white people very much along with a couple other employees. This place just sux. And I'm telling you that after more than one visit. I gave this place many chances tonight the last one.

  Absolute garbage! Wings sucked, fries sucked and the soda machine only spit out carbonation. Waste of money! Would’ve been better off eating a bologna sandwich at home.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered ranch with my wings, they didn't give me ranch and then wanted to argue about it even though I know I selected ranch twice, you literally cannot order chicken without selecting a sauce option. Then she tells me complaining is useless because they're a franchise and all complaints come back to her. I hope the owner sees this and gets a new GM bc this chick is arrogant & driving customers away. Just another reason I'm reminded why I usually avoid chains & franchises.

  So got dinner for the family and I ordered 2 8 piece combos a 10 boneless and 3 reg tender along with some fries...instead what I got was 4 fries nearly over 20-25 bone hot n spicy wings and 8 boneless...got the completely other order so while someone probably spent over 100 bucks they get a 50 dollar order while I get a 100, idk how this happend since the kind dude at front read it back to me😭
