I can honestly say this Alton location has completely changed since Tyler took over as manager. The improvements are hard to even put into words. The customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience are on a completely different level now. This is the only store I’ll come to anymore.
Last week I had an issue where one of the employees, Makayla, added a new line to my account but didn’t put it on the same plan as the rest of my lines, which made my bill way higher than normal. Thankfully, I came in while Tyler was working and he immediately fixed the issue with no hassle at all and apologized for his employees mess up. That level of customer service is rare nowadays and it’s very appreciated.
We used to avoid this store completely and drive to the Wood River location instead, but now it’s the exact opposite. As long as Tyler is leading this store, you guys will continue to have my business and support. Huge respect to him for turning this place around.
