  Oh boy where to start with this agency (and Allstate in general): My friend asked for rental car reimbursement with this agency. They take 40+ minutes to send him a confirmation email for rental reimbursement coverage as the original agent forgot to inform him that there's a difference between rental car reimbursement ($30, 40 or 50 reimbursement). The original agent said a confirmation email was coming shortly. It of course never came! Oh, and let's not forget that they didn't inform him that rental car is ONLY for accidents. Why the heck would he want rental car reimbursement if they won't reimburse him? His rental car bill was a little over $103. They refused to reimburse him a dollar for it because the car "wasn't exactly in an accident." Give me a break. The place that's fixing his car takes 48+ hours to fix major emissions problems. He can't drive the car legally until it passes emissions. Talk about a Catch-22. Even worse, the guy who answered his call the morning he gets picked up by Allstate says, "Oh yeah, the car will be covered with rental car reimbursement." Then the adjuster says it won't be covered with rental car reimbursement. When you call their agency, the call gets broken up every single time. Not lying. The worst part about their agency though is they fail to understand how they screw over their customers. "I don't appreciate you swearing at me." "Because I've been trying to call you for over an hour and other people told me that I would be fully reimbursed for rental car!" Do yourself a favor and avoid Steve Kosydar: Allstate Insurance like the plague.

  Outstanding customer service. Julio Guia takes great care of all my needs. Sends me proof of insurance even after hours. Service like that comes in handy when pulled over by police or buying a car. Id give 6 stars if it would let me.
