  I've been a client with AllState for more than 4 years. I've never had an issue with the team members from the office. Today, STEPHANIE, WAS RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL with the way she was talking to me over the phone. Very poor customer service skills.

  I’ve been a customer of this agency for a while now and can confirm that this team provides top notch service. Their agent was able to save me a ton of money on premiums without sacrificing any coverage. The staff I’ve spoken to have always been accessible, friendly and incredibly knowledgable in regards to my automotive and homeowners insurance needs. Would highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking a quality and reliable agent/agency.

  Talk to my agent about renewals and discounts for the policy told me he would take care of it and get the discount and not to worry about the premium cost until we resolved all the discounts Allstate draft the money out of my account without my knowledge. When i call into the office to find out what happened another agent Jeanette try to deal with the situation that she was not privy to the conversation that I had with my agent she continue to be disrespectful I requested that she called my agent so I could speak with him she did not know the arrangement that we had made then threaten to cancel my policy but yet not return the money they took out of the bank the whole time I'm requesting that she should call my agent she took matters into our own hands disrespecting the customer's wishes to contact his agent. Agent Jeanette was very disrespectful not considerate of a customer needs and continue to berate me and talk over me to provide a solution that she had no idea what was going on I will be switching away from Allstate I spend my money somewhere that we respect customers!
