NEVER coming back to this subway location. Terrible experience. Waiting in line for a while, no problem. The problem was that I was next in line and by then I already placed my order online just to kill time. Nobody was behind me, told her that I wanted to eat there but I just ordered it online so we could kill time. She didn’t understand me n just said to go, okay, fine, I’ll take it to go. Somebody walks in and she starts doing their order.. I’m not sure if that’s how subway runs but if it does then I’m not going to any subway locations. My mom went after that customer because she had to order and I asked them if they could just do our orders together because we’re together, she didn’t understand me. She finished my mom order n then was about to start on mine, she said that we don’t have that bread anymore.. at this point I’m irritated because she basically took a customer order that got there a minute after I told her I wanted to eat there but couldn’t, she couldn’t do my order the same time as she was doing my momma order, and now they don’t got the bread that I wanted. And all this happened within 30 ish minutes. Not going back to that location again.

Stopped for lunch here but I think I made a mistake. The old guy was slicing meat and the young lady was sweeping I went to use the bathroom when I came back the lady was still sweeping when I went up to the counter the old was right there but looked at me and slowly looked towards the girl indicated he was too busy to make my sandwich. The girl finally leaves sweeping and takes her gloves off and put on a new pair of gloves and started to ask me what would I like she could have at least washed her hands before getting behind the counter. UNHYGIENIC PLACE no trained employees on food safety course. When I was telling her what I wanted I told her I want onions she put olives when I said that I asked for onion she was trying to prove me wrong that no you said olives. When I asked for oil before toasting she put oil and vinegar together. They have no training and no customer service skill at all. No one greets upon entry no smile on their faces they should hire some new employees or else just sell the store to someone more passionate about doing business. I usually get combo but looking at the service I should have just walked out but ended up getting just a 6inch sandwich. I hope this review reaches the owner.

With a small breakfast before a hospital visit, I needed a good lunch. Our server was really great, (give her a raise), made two full tuna Subways for each of us - enough for both lunch & dinner. Great service for good price. Will go again for sure.
