  I’m a regular customer at Subway and usually have a good experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. I ordered my usual sandwich, but the jalapeños tasted very strange, so much so that they were impossible to eat. I removed them and finished the rest of my sandwich. As I was leaving, I politely mentioned it to the employee, just to let them know in case the jalapeños had gone bad or needed to be checked. Instead of taking the feedback seriously, he sarcastically replied that he’ll tell the farmer to grow better jalapeños. I wasn’t asking for a refund or complaining, just trying to help improve the food quality. The rude response was much more disappointing than the bad jalapeños.

  The new girl working here is rude they always close at 10pm and I stepped here at 9 and she said they were close but I’ve had came here at 9 and there’s no problem but this girl always having attitude and looks at me with dirty faces

  The worker there was rude. We came in to wash our hands first and then order but the worker demanded this was not a public bathroom even after we told her we were ordering after. Then she proceeded to say she was closing at 8 despite them closing at 10.
