I visited recently and decide not to go again. We bought a phone and curious about what promotions they have and she replied like we can get nothing free in the world for five times. That lady is not friendly for sure. If I have choices, I will never pick that.

Went in with my mom to pay my dad's phone but apparently we couldn't enter without his ID. The lady said we had to do bridge pay or call 611 but if we did bridge pay "it'd be on us" if the account wasn't fully paid and got deactivated.
The way she said these things and acted was so rude and for us to find out she was the manager was extremely upsetting. Be better, you are the image of your store. There are better ways to INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS of things. Never coming back to this location
Went today, had a very bad experience the girl there was very unprofessional and was rude for no reason. Wasn’t giving clear answers. Very poor customer service. Had to visit another store and the girl there helped me out and i bought phones there. I don't know what’s her name but she’s so arrogant.
I visited customer service today, and the representative was extremely rude. They did not communicate in a professional or respectful manner. I am very dissatisfied The behavior at customer service was unacceptable. I was treated rudely and without proper courtesy.

Stopped in to upgrade my existing phone. There were no deals on phones for existing customers and to replace my 3 year old Motorola with the same phone would be $279! The woman working there barely spoke English and was very rude to me.
I ended up going to Boost in Hanover Park and getting an iPhone 16e for $79. Sayid spoke perfect English and took the time to set up my phone. I’m never going back to Cricket again.
