I have been going to the store for over 10 years and Alicia has gone above and beyond every time to help me transfer my old phone to my new phone. She always has a kind smile and always is patient with me. I would tell everyone to go to the store and deal with her!!!

I had a great experience with Alicia at Cricket! She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciated her customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Alicia if you visit this location!
