  As a regular person at the UPS store seeing the way the staff treats customers daily is appalling. Today I was the unfortunate one that had to deal with staff instead of the kiosk. When I was asked 5 times the same question a very simple yes or no question “is that the original box the product came in? My answer was NO” they then asked the question 4 more times. As I got frustrated (rightfully so, the younger female with a blue sweater dark hair and glasses tells me to “lose my attitude or take my packages elsewhere” as I completed my transaction with a more customer service oriented associate, I was walking out and had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 5 yes 5 people say that attitude from staff is why they dread coming to this store. When did the world of customer service become so difficult, you as a company make money off the customer, if a customer has an issue it is literally your job to find a solution not perpetuate and cause an issue. I feel as though anyone asked the same question 5 times in a row would change their tone.

  They are a small store handling a large volume. They do their best, but sometimes that just takes time.
