  Crew is great. they check more than you think and they’re actually looking out for your safety. I had no issues walking in. They worked with me on getting what I needed and even added valve stems where needed. Greatly appreciate the service here

  My mechanic in Hailey recommended I take the car I was thinking of buying to Roland at S Point on Kimberly Road in Twin Falls. I’ve never had better service in my life. When I called to make the appointment I was kind of expecting a grumpy shop guy who wouldn’t want to bother with my petty needs. Boy, was I wrong! Roland is an articulate professional who listened and responded very compassionately. When I brought the car in for his inspection, Jaysa took my information and invited me to sit in the waiting area. The whole store was clean. Organized. Well run I drove back to the dealership while Jaysa put together the inspection information. Listen, Folks, I got an inspection report…and pictures. He took clear, close up pictures with descriptions I sat in the dealership and showed the report, which revealed $3200 worth of needed repairs to the already slightly overpriced Honda. Roland saved me. He gave me a powerful assessment report backed with pictures, so even the very skilled Finance Manager was unable to spin a story to me that the car would be a good buy for me Thank you, Roland. For being infinitely professional, thorough, for providing the report in an app that was easy to open, access and read Never seen anything like it.
