  Wasn't told what was wrong, you need to start a policy of the 3 "Cs". On the ROs you need to list the Complaint, the Cause, & Corrections. 3 Cs. I have 22 years as a Parts Mgr. The idler arm, which was defective last time, was sitting on psgr seat in a TRW box. TRW is a national mfgr of many alignment parts. Most mechanics know that about TRW. The previous time I brought car in I told them the lwr cntl arm alignment bolts were in trunk, they didn't look but ordered new ones from local supply house.

  Great team, have had numerous services, probably one of the best alignment shops I have dealt with. Pricing is more than fair. Great group of guys!

  Jake Dockery helped me and my Dad get some tires for his car he helped up pick better tires than what we used to get from Walmart he knows alot I recommend coming here if you have any issues with your car or need good tires that will actually last a long time !!! 5 Stars

  I think they did a good job but my appointment was for 11 am and I didn't get out of there until 1:45. That is to long to wait for an oil change. I received a call from their manager and they will give me a coupon for a free oil change next time it is needed.

  I called at 10:12am and the kind man on the home said come right now and we will handle it. I know nothing about cars and they were very patient about that. They also went out of their way to discount me because I accidentally didn’t bring enough cash and was a few dollars short. I will NOT take my car anywhere but this place right here
