  Outstanding customer service from Jake Dockery at the Twin Falls store I had an urgent problem with my tires he took care of me today I will be doing my business with Jake from here on out for all of my auto services

  It took 2.5 hours to change 2 tires. It sat in the bay for an hour and a half before anyone started to work on it. Found out all the employees that have worked there for 20 plus years all quit and they are struggling to find new people. The sales counter was understaffed but there was no excuse for not keeping me in the loop of why it was taking so long. I gave it 2 stars as I have been a customer for 25 plus years. I will be looking for a new mechanic and tire store from now on.
