  We went in to switch to Cricket. Everything looked like went great so left the store. Later during the day realized that my phone wouldn't get picture texts or GIFs, so went back the next day to see if they could look into it and all the sales lady that took care us the day before said was, oops oh yea I forgot to tell you that your type of phone doesn't receive picture messages there is nothing we can do about it. I told her it would have been nice to know that information before I switched over and she responded back with, well you can always switch back to your old provider. I do not recommend this store location to anyone! The sales girls are just there to make money not to give excellent customer support the correct thing to do was to inform the consumer of what could happen and let the consumer make the call of switching over or not.
