  Stopped by the store to change the carrier to Cricket , brought my own phone, they charged me $80 to transfer , when we got home and tried the phone , no service . Went back into the store to get money back , they were very rude and said I couldn’t get a refund since I brought my own phone, very poor way to do business, we would definitely Not recommend Cricket as a carrier , very disappointed
