  These guys use real eggs for their breakfast! The woman I think her name was Karran was amazing not only did she suggest what veggies I could cook in my egg but she suggested what bread to use and also the toaster setting to keep my bread soft I didn't even know that an option she definitely knew her stuff. My sandwich was amazing I will be back for breakfast. I wish all people took pride in their job the way she did absolutely great!

  Had another great experience at this location. They are so fast and nice, even when customers are being completely rude to them. Went in for a quick lunch and the customer in front of me was upset about their protein pocket the lady making it explained you could not customize it multiple times and the customer was getting loud and very rude the lady making it apologized and finished making it all the while being so nice. I don't understand why people are so rude to service workers???? The lady is amazing didn't skip a beat and had my food made and I was out the door within 4 minutes. This is so my new favorite place.

  So this is about the poorest customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. I am a level seven Google local guide and I rarely give anybody lower than a 4 or 5 star rating but this one deserves one for the poor policies they have. The challenge was we got in the store when nobody else was there. We ordered our sandwiches online. They told us that since we had ordered online they had to serve the customers that came in after us, all of them in the store first. We had to wait till they were all served first, then they could finally look at our online order. This is the poorest customer service experience I've ever experienced. If people order online and they're in the store, they should be treated and helped before others that came in after them and ordered after them. This makes no sense. If Subway really wants to cater to people online, they need to give them a better experience online. Otherwise they shouldn't even have the online app, which is a terrible experience.

  Wow. Really horrible customer service. We were here before a group of about 10 people, had already paid, and even waited in line to hold our spot so they could make our order before we left for the famous geyser. They refused to make it until after the lunch rush simply because we ordered online even though we were here first, had already paid, and waited in line just like everyone else. Really frustrating and makes absolutely no sense.
