  I order here quite often and have been for over 6 years now but whatever younger girl working the front by herself, should not be alone. I order ahead of time so when I have my lunch break I can pick up and leave since I don’t have a whole lot of time for lunch. It took her over 30min to make my sandwich. So when I got there at 12:00, 10min after my sandwich should have been done but it wasn’t which was totally fine. Until other people showed up and instead of just finishing it up and putting it in the bag, she decided to start making their sandwiches first and tell them that’s it’s okay if I wait…. All because she knew these people. All in all I got 5min to eat my food because she wanted to be chatty instead of doing her job all while the people who came in praised her for making their sandwiches while letting mine sit and saying she deserves a raise. She needs to be re-trained this is poor customer service and my sandwich was barely wrapped and thrown in the bag to top it all off.

  Its always been very good, except today. I called back, after I opened up sandwich at home. I proceeded to call the subway restaurant. They checked receipt and said I needed to speak up next time. So I will be not returning to subway again.
