  Took my car in to have the air conditioner fixed and I picked it up after paying a lot of money only to find out the air conditioner is still not fixed. Took it back and they tell me i need a new compressor. ($1,000) I told them why didnt you tell me that before you charged me a lot of money to fix a fan motor? I never would have had it fixed! Clearly they wanted to make money off of me so now im still driving around in this heat with no air and hundreds of dollars poorer.....

  Im going to rate these folks 5 stars and I haven't even picked up my vehicle. Here's why; my family and I were driving to Rexburg for Bearworld and our car over heated and needed a water pump replacement. While waiting with 2 kids for car information. They provided my kids with complementary drinks, kept us updated and because we were still out of muck on a Vehicle Daniel was so kind as to try and help us out as much as possible for a ride. We got lucky with an Uber yesterday. Today not so lucky with a ride, I called Ron's Tire and Motorsport and explained the issue at hand and they sent a pick up for me to come get my vehicle. This isn't a service they provide I assume, they are just kind folks lending a hand. You don't get that much with places, this location will always be my favorite for what they have been able to do for my family. Genuine people here for sure and my car was finished at an earlier time quoted. Part 2 Just picked up my car. The gentleman who came to pick me up. It was a very respectful professional young man. His name was Todd. Todd and I shared a couple stories on the ride. Good kid, well spoken. Ron's did a solid job hiring this young man. It definitely needs a raise.
