  We showed up at 8:30, the lights were off so we checked their hours and the lobby hours in the front say they were open 7-10 (we went on a Saturday). Paid hardly any attention to us and you could tell we weren’t wanted there. We got our food and then at 9 they asked us to leave because the lobby was closed. When bringing up that the sign said the lobby was open until 10 he answered that that was only for drive thru. I’ve never been asked to leave a restaurant before even if we were there a little after closing. We were still eating. Poor customer service.

  The food was so fresh. The employees were very friendly and upbeat. They have soup everyday and its only $2.00 a bowl. Idaho falls subways no longer carry soup. Soup is a big plus. There was cheddar broccoli and potato soups. My meatball sub was amazing and hearty! However i went here on a Sunday and theres clearly open hours posted on sunday but when i went at noon it was closed. Very dissappointing...dont have sunday hours posted if you are closed.

  I went through the drive thru and when I got home I noticed that my sandwich was totally mangled. The top of the sandwich was bent and the bread was cut way too thin. I was really hungry and didn't feel like driving back, so I just ate it. I couldn't even eat it like a sandwich and ended up eating it with a fork. It really frustrated me because I used to work at subway and I NEVER would have given a sub to a customer that was that messed up. They weren't even busy. I was the only one in the drive thru and it didn't look like there were many customers inside. That employee needs to be retrained on how to make a proper sandwich.
