  Terrible customer service, there was meat/mold in my drink I ordered online before I came then waiting a half hour while they took other orders coming in, the subway apps slogan is to jump the line, I would have been much faster waiting in line.

  Preston Idaho location had no bread Saturday night. How does a place not have the most essential item for a sub.

  Food was good, bread was ok slightly over cooked. They need better knives to cut the buns. Or learn how to cut it. Employee smashed down the bun then cut it. I like fluffy buns not smashed. The rest of the sub was good. Fresh veggies and meats.Asked for extra bacon i got 2 extra pieces. I got 2 6" subs one the Italian the other 6" all american club. Nothing else. The subs cost almost $22. Not sure why asked for the receipt. Said its in the bag. Got home it wasn't. A little expensive for just 2 6" subs.
