On two different occasions the latter being 5/5/26 at 2:20pm while approaching the counter the employee made eye contact with me and ran around to the back to avoid service. The lights and the refrigeration unit was turned off the vegetables looked wilted. I understand that it was 2:20 but I thought that subways hours were longer. I was unhappy with the service the first time I went there and decided to give them one more shot before I reviewed them. I feel sorry for the owner but his staff does not have good work ethic.

I placed my order 32 minutes before the pickup time I chose. I got there 5 minutes after pickup time and when I got there, they told me it wasn’t finished yet. Clearly it hadn’t been started. All they had of my order was an empty bag. So I waited a couple minutes and nothing was done. They continued to make other orders instead of mine which was now 15 minutes after pickup. So I told them I wanted a refund and I then had to wait another 5 minutes for a manager because I got told they didn’t know if they could do a refund. Complete waste of my time.

Did an online order & when we went to pick it up, they said they accidentally gave our order away to the person who showed up before us and couldn't make our order. Asked for a refund, which they gave us but would not give us our tip back. Said there was nothing she could do about it. No manager was in the store on a Saturday with two young workers.
