  Some good, some bad experiences. Only use this place for Amazon returns, where I am in and out in 2 mins, and its an easy job. If you need any sort of assistance or guidance, have any questions whatsoever, just go to fed ex. The attitude of this business is very clear in the reviews on google, and the responses to reviews from the owner, that their staff only feels responsible for taking boxes, and taking payment. If youre looking for a human, that appreciates your business, can answer your questions, or walk you through what is necessary to complete the process of mailing something correctly, this is not the place. Also, if you forget to tape up your box, they will only sell you a 2 pack of shipping tape, instead of just upcharging you $1 fee for one strip of tape.

  Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Attempted to take Amazon return here, however, I was met with a rude, almost downright nasty employee. When I explained to what appeared to be management, this employee said I was rude first? Seriously? I had not realized it was staffed by children. And the fact that the supposed manager stood behind this behavior is even worse. This place appears to be angry about Amazon business, so if you have another choice on the return, don't go here. I will never be back for any reason and I have also filed a complaint with UPS. If you have to use the UPS Store, use the one in Coeur d' Alene by Costco, they are wonderful and know what customer service is.

  The male owner is incredibly rude. He talks down to customers and yells at them. His actions were incredibly unprofessional. I waited patiently in line and I had my returns ready. I did nothing wrong.

  This location is a joke. Every time I’ve tried to conduct an Amazon return they always give me some excuse why they can’t accept it or that it’s not ready for shipment. Tried to charge me a dollar just to put a piece of tape on the box. I took it to the UPS store in Coeur d’Alene and they gave me no problems.

  The crew is amazing however the owner of the store is greedy and has ridiculous secret charges for printing and shipping that the other stores in area dont have, dont feel like you need to be taken advantage of go to another local store like the one just a couple blocks down, or a different UPS that doesnt need to gouge you with redicous charges like a $5 charge for one black and white print out.
