If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and I came in this evening at 10 minutes before closing which I realize is a stinky thing to do. Before we got out of the car I told my husband make sure you give this girl a really big tip because we’re coming in late and that makes me feel like a jerk. We walked into the restaurant and this snotty teenage girl looked right at us and said you know I’m closing right! Not welcome and not how can I help you. When my response to her was good thing, you can make sandwiches fast eh? She said well I’m not toasting anything for you. Now I think this is very interesting. Because there’s not a chance in hell at any job I’ve ever worked in my entire life I would refuse to sell the product I was hired specifically to sell! I am a small business owner and a restaurant owner and I would fire someone… Let me say that again I would literally FIRE an employee whom EVER said to any of my customers I’m about to close. (even if it was 30 seconds before closing). And I most certainly would fire any employee who refused to sell the one product that they were hired to sell! The restaurant was completely shut down to the point of supposedly having the complete inability to serve before the restaurant was closed. When I’m trying to make money, that’s all I’m interested in doing. Don’t mess with my money! Shame on any business owner that tolerates this terrible terrible attitude, and complete lack of work ethic! Shame on any employer who allows this to continue and allows their employees to continue to believe that this is what “hard-working” employees do. Seriously? You’re assuming that since the restaurant closes at nine, you get to clock out at nine. I’m sorry- I’m in the business of selling things! And I will sell them to the last moment I possibly can. even if it is inconvenient for my spoiled brat employee! Worst customer service we’ve received in a long time. actually no customer service was received at all. We were completely shunned, our service was literally refused. And the sad thing is-this is probably the best employee they have. So nothing will come of it. This girl will continue to treat customers with disrespect, and this business won’t ever be able to actually flourish and be as successful as it could be with a well managed, well trained, polite team of staff members! Bad form! Terrible attitude. And I gotta tell you… It seems pretty clear to me that that’s poor management!

I have been ordering from this location for the past 2 years.
For the last 2 months or so, their subs have been getting smaller and smaller with the protein
The last 3 times I have ordered from here, I have order my subs with 50% more protein and there has literally been no difference in the amount of protein than ordering a normal sub.
I even called to talk to the manager who was not there and was told he would call back.
They never did.
I will not be ordering anything from this location again.
If I could leave negative stars, I would!
Stay away from this location unless you like to get robbed of hard earned money.

Very hard worker great person over all very kinda was a little shy but that's usual keep up the great work subway love the food (GOOD JOB REESE)

employees need to be taught not to handle change with gloves on and then resume making sandwiches with the contaminated gloves. Have we learned nothing from covid 19 spreading germs. this is unacceptable by any standards.
Got there 45 minutes before close just a to go order, so the girl’s attitude wasn’t even warranted. Store was very clean, food was good as always. The moment we came in we were told the toaster didn’t work. I wanted to go somewhere else, but have a panini maker at home so figured I’d toast it at home. The girl clearly didn’t want us there was very unwelcoming bordering on rude. Was informed the protein pocket is non customizable, like I couldn’t even change the sauce. Because apparently it takes more effort to put mayo on than honey mustard. The service has always sucked at this location, so this isn’t just a review of tonight.
