  I have been a customer at Cricket for several years and I am always very pleased with their customer service. Yazmin helped me upgrade my old phone to a new one. She even transferred my contacts and photos to my new phone for me which I greatly appreciated because it saved me a lot of time. And I was able to keep my same phone number.   It won't let me change my Gmail on this, but I'm Megan. Joe at the Pocatello Cricket store is the absolute best guy ever! I loved how easy and kind he was when explaining things. I was having a rough day when I came in to get a phone and he made it so much easier on me.

  Went last week, and the guy there was incredibly unhelpful and made no effort to offer other options or accommodate. Couldn't answer my questions and had no customer service. Super frustrating experience. Definitely a let down

  I want to thank Yasmin for the way she handled a situation that occurred around us today. She handled it absolutely perfectly and kept everything from exploding while simultaneously activating our new phones.
