  JonPrear was extremely rude and didn’t help us. This is our second time being there and the first he was just as rude! I will only be talking to Vanessa and Yazmin from now on very disapointed!

  I have been a customer at Cricket for several years and I am always very pleased with their customer service. Yazmin helped me upgrade my old phone to a new one. She even transferred my contacts and photos to my new phone for me which I greatly appreciated because it saved me a lot of time. And I was able to keep my same phone number. Thank you Yazmin, for all your help. You really made my day amazing! Lynne 😃

  It won't let me change my Gmail on this, but I'm Megan. Joe at the Pocatello Cricket store is the absolute best guy ever! I loved how easy and kind he was when explaining things. I was having a rough day when I came in to get a phone and he made it so much easier on me.
