I went to Subway and placed a mobile order, expecting everything to be quick and easy. When I got there to pick it up, the bag looked kind of messy, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. I took it home, excited to eat, but when I opened my sandwich, it barely had anything in it, like they hardly put any toppings at all. On top of that, my receipt was stapled all over the bag, making it annoying to even open properly. The whole experience was frustrating, especially since I ordered ahead thinking it would be better and more convenient.

This place never has bread or anything and something is always broke trash place tare it down and bring something else to parma please
Employee did not know what he was doing. He was also very rude to me and the customer in front of me. I had to tell him what was the protein wrap. He also did not ask me if I wanted my sub toasted. He just threw it in the oven. When he was putting the sauce on, he just dumped a big old pile in the middle of it. Then when I was checking out, he didn’t know how to run the till he kept screwing up. I had a good experience the time before with the employee so I don’t know what happened in the last couple of months.

Pretty sad i hold subway high its one of my favorite spots to eat.
But this one zero customer service skills
I dont even think the guy who did my order worked here and they must have pulled him from break or something
He was lost seeming and took forever to just make the sandwich
