  Waited for over 20 minutes past estimated time for order. Witnessed them place an order on the to go shelf without calling out a name. Went sad looked to see it was my order just sitting there. When I mentioned how wrong that was, I was told to calm down by the rude employee who clearly doesn't understand what customer resembles.

  We ordered the $20 for 20 for each of us and 4 extra ranches which were $2 each, we waited over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered when we got quoted 35-50 minutes. Once the food arrived we had no ranch dressing that we paid extra for. I proceeded to call after our food was delivered and the girl working said I did not order ranch and became very rude over the phones, she finally agreed to refund me then proceeded to hang up on me after she told me to “hold on we’re busy.” I called the next morning as they opened and spoke to the stores “GM” she offered to give me a refund for the ranch that was missing and give us in store credit for the rest of my order and an extra $25 for the hassle. It has now been over a week and no refund and I spoke to another “GM” today who claims she talked to no one that day about any issues. She had me text the receipt to her and it had my order number on it, she said her “Manager” could not find anything in the stores receipts with my name and date and said I was giving the wrong date. We have taken action with corporate and I highly do not recommend this location, they insinuated to many times we did not order something, they did then proceeded to tell me I was giving the wrong date on the receipt. Horrible customer service from the employees and so called General Manager!

  The staff is wonderful, the food is great. The staff is constantly overworked everytime I’m here, there is simply no way this store doesn’t have the capability to staff more people at once, they need help, they are overworked and more than likely underpaid. I can only stomach so much after watching these poor guys work their hearts out.

  Stopped on our way home from golf, service was great, bone-in wings awesome! Also got the buffalo fries :)

  The food was great and the employees were such a joy to interact with. Great service, with great attitudes, and a beautifully clean lobby!! Always a joy to get wings here
