  Package did not arrive as promised and still isn’t there. Charged an additional fee for shipping to a “remote location”. No other carrier I’ve used has charged that fee.

  Rude, annoying & condescending attitude by the lady at front counter. Also, bait & switch pricing. I used the UPS app which was waaayyyyy off. I was quoted $22 for overnight delivery in a UPS envelope. I overestimated the weight and when I got to the UPS store, that quote went from $22 to $105 and then got laughed at by the clerk for the $22 i was quoted. Then another sales person came up to talk about the huge price discrepancy and said the app has been way off and she has placed several trouble tickets on the issue. Post office was much cheaper and their app was accurate.

  Me and my husband are in town due to his job. We had to send something back home that we forgot that we were supposed to take care of before. We left to come on this trip. Well, we ended up going to this UPS store and the lady that worked there, Miss Hazel was such a sweetheart. She explained different options to me and my husband that we could do to have this package mailed back home. It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone to be so kind and so sweet this young lady definitely knows her job very well. Me and my husband will be here for three months and I’m sure we’ll have to come back and mail some other things off, but I will make sure to come to this particular store just to see Miss Hazel. She was such a sweetheart.
