  I’ve been with Allstate for six years. I have been fortunate to have worked with Rhonda who has been an outstanding agent for me all these years. A few days ago during Rhonda's absence, I needed immediate help with a claim. Summer assumed the responsibility and has been exceptional. Summer has consistently gone above and beyond to help me. She is knowledgeable, professional and impressive, especially during this time when I needed help. Her support and persistence has made all the difference. The claim was settled to my satisfaction. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She stands out because of the exceptional customer service she provides. She is to be commended for her outstanding customer care.

  Tami and her team, Melissa and Summer have been great to work with so far! We recently switched to their agency after getting numerous quotes from other companies and their prices, customer service, and knowledge were far better than the rest.
