Ordered a footlong from them through DoorDash, paid for double meat, and only got the regular amount. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich was delicious, otherwise made exactly as I ordered, and I wasn't really upset about the mistake. What I AM upset about is that I've tried calling the store all day to talk to them about it, and the phone rings twice and an answering machine picks up. I've left a message explaining the issue with my number and have not received a call back. I guess it just doesnt rate any attention on their behalf to fix one person's order and ensure customer retention. Lesson learned Subway. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
