  everything about my experience here was outstanding, card reader didnt work so the manager gave me and a friend free food with drinks we didnt even ask for. above and beyond!

  The gentleman cashing us out and the young lady greeting us made our visit here enjoyable. Our food was great with their help. The older lady needs a new job.

  4 times now ive ordered from here everytime i ask for my sandwich to be toasted it never is how hard is it to read a receipt and to follow the instructions on it.

  Would like to say that the manager connie goes above and beyond and does awesome when busy. My husband and I went in today and the card reader went down again, I can't tell you how many times this has happened. The worker had told us 'Can you give me a second , so I can call my manager' So he did and had it on speaker. The manager told the male worker that she will be right down, and boy was she. The manager was down at work with in 15 mins fixed the card reader like she always does did I mention that the card reader goes down! And here walks in the manager mind you i thought it was the red hair guy, Nope it was connie she was just a smiling greeted and apologized to all 8 customer's in line and did her thing and had that card reader up n working. She even said that she didnt mind coming into work 3 hours early and also stayed to help get every custome through the line. I hope the owners know what they have when it comes to the Store Manager Connie. What manager is gonna show up at work hours before her shift with a smile. Connie if you see this and you ask for a raise and they don't give you one. I have a G.M position opening up in NOVEMBER. I'll be in next week to give you my name. See you Friday.   1 PM on a Friday today I go to the drive through, sit there and yell at the box. Hello, hello. Hello. After like 5 minutes, I drive up to the window. Should the window for another couple minutes? No acknowledgement whatsoever, you can see everybody walking around in there. They walk right by the window. Oh, I don't know 2 or 3 times no one acknowledged me at all. I'm sorry, it's lunchtime, you should be paying attention to your drive through and your drive through window, someone didn't have their mic on, I don't know what, but there was no sign that said the drive through was closed. It said right on the board right out front on caldwell boulevard, drive through open. So very disappointing.
