Frieda was extremely rude the entire time me and my mom placed our order, we were rushed and dismissed even though there was only one person in line behind us

Came in this morning for breakfast and the manager Connie greeted us with a 'GOOD MORNING WELCOME TO SUBWAY, HOW IS YOU'RE DAY GOING' She must be the manager if she is here alot. She is so upbeat and always smiling and having fun. So i had to ask her why she is always so cheerful. Her response was 'Well when you have some really good people who own the store it makes me love my job and with good customers who come in and talk as well helps alot too'! Let me tell you the manager Connie made us feel welcomed and talked to us all the way up to us paying and then some. My husband and will definitely be back. The owners better pay her good she is a hard worker and she deserve more. Working in a sub shop and dealing with customers is hard. But Connie makes it so easy. Could not ask for better service.

I would give it zero stars if I could. After kindly asking an employee to remake a sandwich with vegetables on it because of my son‘s allergies, and being denied a fresh sandwich, I started getting upset. After explaining for the third time that there must’ve been an issue with the app, she called the manager. The manager also told her to refuse to remake my sandwich. I asked to speak to the manager and she said to come back when they were there. I said “call them back,” and she refused. I have seen her picture on another review so she must be like this to all the customers, I don’t know how she still has her job. After I let one F bomb slip about the app she started calling me very filthy names in front of customers in the store. She even called the cops on me and had me trespassed. I may have let some choice words slip and reacted unfavorably after being called every name in the book…. But whatever happened to customer service? It would’ve taken two seconds for her to remake my sandwich instead it ended with the cops at my front door. If you can’t make a sandwich, right maybe you shouldn’t be working at Subway. I take full responsibility for the words I chose to insult her. After completely embarrassing me in front of the entire store I wanted to hit her where it hurt which was very childish and I’m a grown woman. I should never have said the things I did, but I was pushed past my limits of taking verbal abuse. This store is trash, employees are trash, and management is trash. I’m surprised they’re still in business and that Freida doesn’t have more zero star reviews for her “impeccable customer service”.

Whoever owns this store needs to go to the drive-through right now and it’s Saturday at about 1 o’clock and experience the service through the drive-through. It is pure incompetence. I’ve never seen anything like it. I gave my order several times. And the employees couldn’t remember the sandwiches to save their lives. It was like I was inside and they had to ask me every single thing as they made it. Do you want your bread toasted? Yes I’ll be right back. What kind of sandwich do you want? Hold on a second while I help this other customer. The final straw was another employee getting on and saying hi Sorry for the wait what can I get you. Left that place in a hurry.

Before today, I had completely written off this Subway location on Caldwell Blvd. That changed the moment Joe made my sandwich. His kindness, humor, enthusiasm, and legit sandwich-making skills totally turned the experience around. He was welcoming, upbeat, and actually seemed to care about doing a great job—and it showed. Because of Joe, I’ll be coming back here as long as he’s working. Very impressed and honestly grateful for the great service.
