  placed an order online and it went to this location when i requested Boise attempted to call and cancel got no answer. When i arrived i was informed the will not answer the phone as it is policy. when i called and asked this is not policy this is just this store refusing to train people to tell the difference between a scam call and a real customer. When i got into the store and talked to the manager she said they wont answer only she will.. which is funny when i have 3 phone calls to them that same morning and was met with no answer. Poorly trained team members and management who is ok with them being rude to their guests. I would advice the franchisee to take a hard look at this location. The food was poorly made and made wrong to boot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. for the simple fact both people who ate there got sick

  Whoever you have running the register today 6/25/26 around 8pm They messed up an order, as well as did not give all of what I paid for. They have not answered the phone. I'm showing up with the receipt to get this fixed. But you need to address this certain employee about how they need to be paying attention to orders and how to answer a phone.

  There is basically nothing on the sandwhich. A few pieces of each topping. This isnt what subway used to be and now its $15+ just for ....nothing.
