I am a delivery driver. I got the order 20 minutes before I arrived. I even got some gas on my way. They had more than 30 minutes to prepare the customer’s order. But when I arrived, they even didn’t have their onions ready. So guess what? I have been waiting here another 20 minutes. What a shame to this SUBWAY!!! Hey manager! Do something otherwise you will get fired!!!

Super mala atención en el turno de hoy. Normalmente consumo aqui en este subway pero nunca había tenido una experiencia como la de hoy. De las dos personas atendiendo, la señora mayor no tiene modales para atender al público, ella no pone lo que se le solicita y calienta el pan antes de prepararlo, por lo que el queso y el jamón súper fríos. Los otros turnos súper buena atención. Dejo foto de la empleada que no sabe trabajar con público.

Walked in an hour and fifteen minutes before close, the worker was helping a couple and saw me walk in. finished their transaction and then just walked to the back and started doing dishes. trash service, trash worker.

Subway did it again. Consistantly good food and great service. But, once in a while, someone in the food service industry surprises me pleasantly with their ability to rise above others with excellence, especially in engaging and delighting customers. Such a person is Kristin at the Subway, at Walmart, in Nampa. What a gem and a great representative for Subway.
