  Apparently nobody works here during business hours. Waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to the front counter. We went somewhere else.

  The employees were really nice and had great hospitality but being charged twice for bacon and I only got two of the smallest pieces on one sandwich is kind of ridiculous

  Placed an order online and watched the employees come outside to smoke and left my “toasted” sandwich sitting without notifying me it was done. I had to go inside and ask if it was done just to find it sitting cold. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t even reheat it for me. Only 1 employee out of 3 is doing his job while the others slack off.
