When I walked in no one greeted us. The guy working just stared at us waiting for us to say our order without saying anything the whole process. I went with my niece and she had a coupon and had mine we were paying separate. Then the cashier told us it was only one coupon per customer and I said yeah she’s separate and then she said only one coupon per party. Which no one has ever told us that before. 0/5.
Got the garlic Philly steak. Which equals getting sick not even 24 hours later. Won’t come here again.

I went into this location today at 330 pm. The male server was incredibly polite and I received a delicious sandwich. A regular came in and they visited appropiately while the server made the sandwich. I went to the womens bathroom only to discover too late that there was NO toilet paper. Over the wpproximatelt 30 minutes i was there there were 5 customers total. I waited to catch him when he wasn't actively serving to tell him about the toilet paper. He indicated I could use the men's room but my need was over. He also indicated he had none to put out because the owner keeps it in a locked cabinet because the owner thinks the employees are stealing it. True or not, all I can say is no one in their right mind would steal the usually rough toilet paper in most restaurants. The restaurant doesn't feel clean or welcoming without basics like toilet paper.

I've walked in an ordered here and the food and service were good, but I've also had a horrible experience placing an online order. Apparently reading instructions is harder than listening to verbal instructions. After I realized that the order was wrong, I called to let them know and their response was beyond rude.
I've had a fair share of experiences eating out and orders are bound to get messed up sometimes because we are all human and mistakes happen. It's how you handle your customer service skills when you receive a complaint. Showing empathy in the situation, no matter what your honest feelings are, can go far. When someone lets you know that their order was wrong, go above and beyond and make it right by remaking the item or offering a complimentary item without an attitude.
If you are spending your hard working money at any business and ordering a product or service you should get what you are paying for and not have someone give you a condescending attitude because they made a mistake and messed up your order.
The recommendations that I would have for the employees at this location is to slow down and read the orders thoroughly and completely prior to making the order and then assemble the order as you read it to ensure everything is correct. If that doesn't help you may need some reading comprehension classes. Secondly, work on your customer service skills by being empathetic and sincere. Handle customer complaints in a way that you would want your complaint to be handled if you were in the customers place.
