  Some of the worse customer service I have seen in all my years. I walked in to have a simple thing done was told that's complicated. When if it was there would be no phone store. When I tried to ask some questions I was told im not going to explain my job im doing what u asked. Was told its to complicated for me to understand. And a lot more I will be reaching out to the owner of this location. I will be filing a formal complaint with cricket corporate with this location and I will be reporting to the bbb and fcc. I have never said an employee anywhere needs to be fired they need retraining but this one needs fired. I can only imagine how they treat someone that isn't tech smart.

  Great experience! Upgraded a few phones went out of there way to go meridian and bring some cases back to pick from:) Really enjoyed the impeccable service! Thank you💜💜💜

  Gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so rude. He seemed more concerned to get me off the phone than he was about helping me. Pritty disappointing that such a good company would hire someone with such terrable customer service. His answer was "you can find that online. Bye" and then hung up.
