The customer service is so terrible, I came in at 2:45 Sunday September 20 and whatever little girl was supposed to help me was giving me crazy attitude and was being so mean to me right from the start, I didn't have the pin right away I literally just had to call my brother in law to get it cause I'm on his plan and she was acting out. I literally said you are so rude I'm not dealing with this. I had to drive to a cricket in meridian after just to get someone nice who could actually help me with what I needed.

Some of the worse customer service I have seen in all my years. I walked in to have a simple thing done was told that's complicated. When if it was there would be no phone store. When I tried to ask some questions I was told im not going to explain my job im doing what u asked. Was told its to complicated for me to understand. And a lot more I will be reaching out to the owner of this location. I will be filing a formal complaint with cricket corporate with this location and I will be reporting to the bbb and fcc. I have never said an employee anywhere needs to be fired they need retraining but this one needs fired. I can only imagine how they treat someone that isn't tech smart.
