  I was delivered a box of LIVE ANIMALS today around 10 AM this morning and the box was smashed all to heck and placed upside down so the animals were being suffocating. The box even has a sticker that said "handle with care" and "live animals this side up" sticker. Thankfully the animals inside were okay just a bit shaken and stunned but now are going okay since they got out of the smashed upside-down box. I've never had a problem with delivery, but now they have destroyed a live animal box and on top of that destroyed a comic book by throwing it at the door. If I could post images of the box and book I would because you shouldn't be throwing people's packages at their doors or delivering boxes that look like they were kicked around like a soccer ball, they could have seriously killed $250.00 worth of animals.

  Staffs were quick to acknowledge the presence of customer comng in the store. They are calmly pleasant & truly helping me, in particular. The store offers a lot of services. .

  Arrived at 240 to have copies made and employee informed us we we will have to come another day as she has lots to do and they close in 20 minutes. Perhaps rather than giving hours of operation, there should be a list of what services we can do at what time so we can plan appropriately. Now I have to drive 40 minutes away on a Sunday.

  The employee, Cynthia, was quite rude. I was on a phone call with my AirPods in, and she didn’t ask me any questions during that time. Instead, she told me she would help me once I was finished with my call, explaining that the process was complicated. I was returning internet equipment, and when she finally approached me, she asked for a Return Number. The email from the company states that they will scan the serial number and it will automatically populate, which I informed her of. She simply sighed and scanned the barcode without further discussion. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to go back there willingly, but it’s the only option in Mountain Home.
