  I ordered pickup at this location and had accidently placed the order for the location by Walmart. I've seen many customers make this same exact mistake because there is 3 locations in town. I called the other store but there was no answer, I then asked the lady with greyish white hair if they could call the other store and have them cancel it there so I could have my sandwich made at that store, she plainly just said no that's not possible or ever has been, but I have made that mistake before and they usually don't bother making a big deal out of it. So then I had to ride my scooter all the way up to the other location on the other side of town, by the time I got there the order was already cold because I had to unfortunately ride 2.5 miles to get my food. But thankfully the young ladies working at the Foothills Avenue location were very understanding of my situation and offered to remake my food for me, I didn't even have to ask! Basically comes down to this, if you want nice service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed into the location, go to the Foothills Avenue location, and if you want an old worker to tell you that your wrong and nothing can be done about your order if you or they mess up, then go to the Airbase Rd location. This is also the same location that tried to upcharge me one time. My typical sandwich is 7.99 and one day he tried to charge me 14$ and I told him, "I don't have 14$ I was here last week and my sandwich was 8.47$ after tax and on the subway app it says 7.99 for just the sandwich." I believe he either accidently charged me for a meal or something extra because the next time I came in my sandwich was 8.47$, so that experience always confused me but I believe that worker has already been long fired.

  There was this one rude guy dont know his name he has tats and eyebrow piercings and was just rude and unprofessional he needs to be retrained

  My husband and I stopped in to the Airbase Rd location and were not impressed. Food was good, but the service has a lot to be desired, very unprofessional. Employees talking on the headsets about stuff that they had no business discussing with 5 - 6 people in the lobby, 2 being taken care of, as the young lady making our sandwiches was talking on her headset about things that had nothing to do with the sandwiches she was making. Owner/manager really needs to teach their employees how to be professional when dealing with customers.
